Product Description
Vanadium carbide (VC), with good chemical stability and high temperature performance, is often used in cutting tools, steelmaking industry and taken as a carbide grain refiner of  tungsten-based cemented ,which can significantly improve the performance of the alloy, so that it is mainly applied in hard film, target, welding materials, cemented carbide, metal ceramics, aerospace and other fields.

1. High purity: the highest purity can reach 99.99%, XRD detected no impurity phase, GDMS detected low metal impurity element content;
2. Small particle size: the minimum particle size is 30-50nm;
3. Concentrated distribution: standard normal distribution of particle size, no bimodal or multi-modal.
